The wedding ceremony took place in one of the most beautiful churches in Austin, St. Mary’s Cathedral. There is just something about this place that gives me goose bumps every time I walk in. From the beautiful architecture to the gorgeous stained glass windows, St. Mary’s provided a wonderful setting for this wedding. With that said, almost everyone there brought guns to the wedding! Ok, well not real guns, Texas Tech Red Raider guns. I have to admit, these guys know how to have a good time. Guns were blazing and there was plenty of dancing. Wow… a lot of photographers hide behind the “photojournalism” buzzword to disguise bad photography, but these shots really make me think of the word in the right sense. They have an artistic flair, but they’re definitely documenting something real. Great job. Plus…I go gaga for lens flare…. aghghgh sweet!!
Thanks Taylor! I really appreciate the feedback. I really love taking a documentary approach to weddings and I feel the natural emotions and actions really create the true stories. I love the flair as well ;)
